Leading a full, healthy, and active life can sometimes be a challenge! I’ve certainly experienced the difficulties navigating what the best diet is for me, when to fit in a workout, and most importantly – how not to lose my sanity while trying to juggle work, children, married life, and prioritizing myself all at once! 

I founded Revitaliz to share my journey with people of all ages, and to help them achieve both their physical and mental health goals.  With each lifestyle program, we explore how to keep your health, your fitness, and your nutrition in balance. The goal is simple: create a structured program that fits each personal unique situation and make it sustainable, so it becomes part of your lifestyle!  

 

AT HOME FITNESS

Stay fit in a busy schedule, with simple exercise routines you can do at home. Revitaliz features a variety of exercise sets, targeting every major muscle group. All you need is a chair and an internet connection to get started!

Health & Nutrition

Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean giving up food you love. Our recipes for healthy eating include options for seafood, red meats, poultry, vegetables and desserts. They’re easy to prepare and delicious to enjoy!
